STAGE A: RENOVATION- INTERIOR DESIGN
This stage depends on the current state of the premises, the plans for their future use, the available budget, and other factors that will be discussed.
Renovation may range from painting a few walls, to a total makeover of the apartment.

STAGE B: FURNISHING, EQUIPPING, AND DECORATION
This is the stage that always provides the premises with their final character, with their “soul”.
It includes all items deemed necessary to turn a space into a “home”, in other words everything, except the personal effects of its tenants.
Equipping is, of course, carried out on the basis of the most prevailing needs of short-stay visitors. Thanks to our experience, we are well aware of what it takes to make their journey not only comfortable, but also unique.  
Decoration is done by us; and gets our full attention. It combines modern trends and timeless aesthetic principles. It utilizes affordable means, albeit creating a completely unique style. It offers simplicity and harmony, simultaneously being magnetizing and appealing.
We are working on each space separately and diligently, in order to give it its own character. Some of the items that will be used may be our own creations.

STAGE C: PHOTO SHOOTING & ONLINE LISTING
The final touches have been applied, and our premises are ready. Creating our premises was a major step, but properly promoting them to our potential visitors is equally, or even more, important. Photo shooting is a powerful tool that, if properly utilized, may increase our bookings by up to 50 percent.  
We are working with leading professionals, precisely so as to ensure top-quality photography.
Afterwards, what is needed is an accurate online description of the premises that will highlight its special features, the appropriate settings on the platform and we are ready for bookings! Our long-term experience in the field ensures that future hosts who trust us will have the benefit of an outstanding listing, just as it should be to attract visitors.

STAGE D: BOOKINGS AND HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT
We are glad to have completed the previous stages. At this point, we can either continue working with you, by undertaking the management of short-term stays in your premises, or wish you good luck in your venture.
As far as Athens apartments are concerned, when we say that we undertake the management we mean that we are responsible for carrying out all online and physical actions required for the premises to be booked, for travels to be completed, and for the listing to be kept updated.
All the above involves top-quality services, always aiming for the best possible result for you, for your premises, and for your visitors.
As regards selected premises outside of Athens, we can only undertake on-line management and communication, leaving all other activities to you or to people of your choice, who are located in the respective areas.
